My Journey to Coaching


I’ve worn a lot of hats in my career - bank branch manager, clothing business owner, real estate consultant, and franchise leader. While the industries changed, one thing stayed the same: I was always drawn to the people side of work. The part where trust is built, conversations matter, and teams actually enjoy working together.
That calling really came to life when I opened and led three successful lululemon franchise stores. Over the years, I hired and developed more than 300 team members - and that’s where I discovered the power of a collaborative framework. A way of working that helped people feel clear on their responsibilities, aligned on goals, and genuinely engaged in the process.
The results? Not just business growth, but teams who understood each other, backed each other, and often became lifelong friends.
Now, I spend my time helping other leaders and teams build the same kind of trust, communication, and clarity I saw in those early days. Whether it’s through workshops, coaching, or assessments like Emergenetics, I guide teams toward the kind of connection that creates real, lasting results.
