Our Individual support helps individuals turn insight into meaningful, lasting leadership behaviours. Whether as a follow-up to the Engaging Collaboration Workshop or a standalone service, this coaching is designed to meet people where they are—and guide them toward where they want to be.
Sessions are personalized and can be delivered as a single conversation or a longer-term coaching relationship.

These sessions are designed for leaders and contributors at any level who want to grow their interactional skills, improve team communication, and lead with more clarity and confidence.
Each coaching session typically runs 60 minutes, with flexibility based on your needs and goals.
Although most of the Coaching Sessions are held virtually, both options are available. We’ll choose what works best for your team’s location and schedule.
Some choose one-off coaching for support in a specific moment, while others opt for a set of sessions. We recommend at least 6 sessions, and ideally 8 to 10 sessions to make real change.
